Processing Time: 

All of our products are created by Print on Demand (POD). This means your order is sent to our printer and your product is shipped from them once it's created. We work with printers in the USA and in China. You will receive an email with tracking information when your item has been shipped. Please allow the following timeframes for shipping and handling, including printing: 

12-25 calendar days - U.S. territories (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii)

19-35 calendar days- Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii

Shipping Fees:  

We offer FREE shipping on all orders! We ship only to all 50 of the United States plus Puerto Rico.

Sales Tax:  We charge applicable state North Carolina Sales Tax at checkout, as are located in the state of North Carolina. 

Return Policy:

We do not accept refunds or returns unless the item has been damaged in delivery or has a manufacturing error. Because our products are all unique to your order we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any other reason.  Please follow these instructions for items damaged during shipping or defects from manufacturing: 

1. If your item is damaged in the delivery process, you must contact us by email at within 3 days of delivery and provide clear and specific photos of both the damage to the packaging and the item. If you believe you have been sent a product that was manufactured incorrectly (upside down print, or material defect, etc.), you must contact us by email within 3 days of delivery and provide us specific photos that show the issue. *
2. Once we receive your notification email and inspect your item through the photograph(s) provided, we will either issue you a credit or send a replacement item to you and will notify you of the status. You will not incur shipping expenses for a replacement item. Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be received and up to 20 business days to receive your replacement item(s). We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement based on our inspection of the item or delays in being notified. 

*Actual colors may vary due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and the way color is seen. We try extremely hard to ensure our products are as close to what you see on the monitor as possible. Also, because each item is printed and made when you order it, slight variations from the mock up photos may occur. These types of variations will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
